About SplitScanner

SplitScanner lists reverse stock splits with the ratio, the effective date, the stage and the filing behind each one, keeps the history for every ticker, and shows the exchange notices that often come before a split. Ratios, dates and history are free.

It does not say whether a split is good or bad for a stock, predict what happens after one, or recommend a trade. It says what the documents say, and says so plainly when they say nothing.
